Congratulations to Silviya Maclean, in our Private Client department, who became a Partner on 1st September 2019.
Here’s a little more about Silviya and her background!
Silviya studied Law and qualified with a LLB (Hons) and subsequently LLM from the University of Sofia in Bulgaria. Upon relocation to the United Kingdom, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and then undertook the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London.
In 2014, Silviya joined Hatten Wyatt as a Trainee Solicitor, later on becoming an Associate and a Partner in 2019 with the Firms’ private client department.
Since qualifying, Silviya has specialised in Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection work. In 2018 she became a fully qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners - a worldwide professional association for expert practitioners dealing with inheritance and succession planning.
Silviya is predominantly based in our Maidstone office but advises clients across all our offices.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling and tennis.
