Emma Haughey

Emma joined the firm in 2017 and provides support on all aspects of the employment cycle including recruitment, induction, performance management and absence management.

With an understanding of both the strategic and operational need for HR in business, she provides a professional, yet empathetic, service.

Emma is a member of the CIPD and has a keen interest in professional development.  She is currently working towards a Level 5 Associate Diploma within HR and works alongside the Senior Management Team whilst nurturing our most prized asset – our staff.

Outside of work Emma enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and going on dog walks.

Emma is based in our Gravesend Office but regularly travels to Maidstone, Chatham, Tenterden and Tonbridge.
