Heidi qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2013 after completing Specialist Property Law Course via the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. Heidi joined Stephens & Son in September 2024 after having previously worked in Kent throughout her working career.

Since qualifying Heidi specialised into Property Law and has a great wealth of experience in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Conveyancing. Whilst practising she has a varied caseload which enable her to not only deal with standard transactions but also those which can present challenges for which solutions must be reached.

Heidi has over 10 years of experience as a conveyancing solicitor and primarily deals with the following:

Residential Property
Sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties;
Dealing with New Builds/Off-plan purchases;
Right to Buy purchases from local councils;
Transfer of Equity;
Equity Releases;
Shared ownership;
First mortgages and re-mortgages;
Transfer of Parts;
Unregistered land; and
Acting for clients with portfolios of property investments.

Heidi is based in our Chatham office but advises clients throughout Kent and further afield.
